2D Graphic Design Team

During my six-month internship at LIGANOVA Amsterdam, I stepped into the vibrant world of retail design and brand experience as a member of the 2D graphic design team. Working within such a multidisciplinary office allowed me to collaborate closely with 3D spatial designers and project managers, gaining a holistic view of how global brands translate their identity into physical spaces. My time there was incredibly diverse, ranging from developing creative concepts and in-store campaigns for Nike and Cartier to working on high-profile installations for Ploom during Milan Design Week. I also had the opportunity to work directly with the Rituals headquarters in Amsterdam on window and interior designs, as well as creating seasonal campaigns and for Hunkemöller and other brand concepts. Beyond the technical design work, I was actively involved in planning both client-facing and internal events, which sharpened my versatility and strategic thinking.

This experience was truly transformative; the welcoming atmosphere and fast-paced environment not only pushed my creative boundaries but also allowed me to build a professional network and make valuable connections that I know will last a lifetime.

At Schaller Digital, I worked as a graphic design student assistant for 20h/week during my regular studies, creating visual assets and layouts for mostly digital media within the design team. My work included developing creative concepts, designing marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns. In addition to my design responsibilities, I supported the social media team by producing engaging visuals and assisting with content planning and execution. This role allowed me to strengthen my design skills while gaining valuable insights into digital marketing and cross-team collaboration.
